Casting and Machining UK Ltd offer a wide range of services including production of premium quality, production-quantity aluminium gravity die-cast and or CNC machined. Offering all processes on site also allows us to shorten lead times and reduce costs.

Casting (Aluminium Gravity Die)
Our flexible range of casting facilities allows production of small batch and high volume parts; using conventional and semi-automatic gravity die casting techniques.
All our dies are meticulously maintained in our in-house tool room, to ensure repeatable premium quality parts. Castings are checked hourly to ensure dimensional accuracy and integrity and furnaces are temperature controlled to ensure consistent metal flow and solidification properties.

Machining (CNC Milling and Turning)
We have an extensive CNC machine shop with over 20 production quality CNC Millers and Lathes with multiple co-ordinate measuring machines to complement them. The integration between our onsite casting and machining enables us to deliver volumes of premium quality parts at highly competitive prices.
Our machine shop also provides independent sub contract machining for a variety of customers from billet, cast or other material sources. If you do not require casting, we may still be able to meet your machining needs.

Quality Control (Coordinate Measurement & Process Gauging)
Casting and Machining UK Ltd employ precision engineering principles throughout the process and have multiple co-ordinate measuring machines to ensure that all parts are dimensionally accurate and consistent.
On highly critical features agreed with the customer we introduce in-process gauging to ensure that 100% of parts are checked and within tolerance.
All parts are manufactured on an ISO 9001:2008 certified premesis and all our processes conform to this standard.

CAD & Part Design
Casting and Machining UK Ltd have highly qualified design engineers on site, ready and available to help convert design concepts into production ready finalised 3D designs.
When we have the opportunity to be involved in the first stages of a project we can help with 3D CAD modelling of production features and consult with the customer on methods which could aid manufacture and ultimately produce better, cheaper parts.
We can also provide 3D part models of production parts when required

Project Management
At Casting and Machining UK Ltd, provide project management for your order to ensure that all project milestones are met on time.
Exact project management schedules and progress meetings are agreed with the customer. Once this is done we ascertain the critical path, then work with all parties involved in the process to ensure the project stays on schedule.
